Learning experience platforms (LEP) are corporate learning solutions used by HR and learning and development (L&D) departments to provide employees with personalized and intuitive learning experiences. These customizable solutions help companies align digital learning programs to their industry, size, and goals. Learning experience platforms often provide targeted content and adaptive learning paths so employees can choose from relevant content and develop their skills via their desired method of learning. LEPs provide companies with a learning content library that includes LMS content, internal and external courses, videos, books, podcasts, blogs and articles, offline events, and so on. These solutions are sometimes called “TV-style" learning because the interface often resembles TV streaming systems. Essentially, they make relevant content easier to locate and use.
