I really like the interface for Plus and HYSYS. But you have to know basic chemical engineering knowledge to use it especially for Energy Analyzer. Tutorials from LearnChemE on Youtube would be helpful for a rookie to get familiarized with these softwares....

You can create team groups by disciplin0 and proyects and work arround the world. Totally specified components of the design and Full 3D work. You can create drafts from main model and create your Dbs and catalogs.

It's expensive but not as expensive as you can sabe improving the system. You need a powerfull machine to run some optimization parts. Sometimes, licenses are a headhache.
