Bad interface and UX. Definitely not the easiest to use. I prefer the old version which was a lot easier to follow. Now I am confused.

The software as a whole is very clunky in terms of user interface. It's not self explanatory or intuitive at all, and configuration to make the software do what you want it to do is very complicated. Sometimes its the small things...this is a Salesforce add...
