Slow to load. Frozen development because they start from scratch for each new version. Lack of native integrations because developers have to develop new integration for each new version. I wish it had some kind of webform data entry onboarding feature...

Their are a lot of kinks that still need to be worked out within the system. Sometimes, the cards don't move properly or other little kinks appear and there is a lack of support available to reach out too.
