The product is quite user friendly and support documents and webinars are very useful. I like that everything (time, expense, project) related is included in one software package and easily integrated and information and reporting fairly easy to see.
Slope has been great to work with. I have been really happy with their team's willingness to hear our feedback and implement changes.

Users are given dozens of options when producing a simple report, and the written explanations vary little, making it confusing as to what information will be pulled in a given report.
As with any new platform, driving adoption among individuals who aren't creating or reviewing content regularly need to remember how to login and use it.
