Most of the app are web based and they are not so reliable so sometime you need to restart it or found a workaround. By the way the tool is very complex so the apps are too and it's not easy to make an app so complex so strong.

I wish tickets will record email conversations, instead, a new ticket is created every time an someone responds to a ticket through email. Needed constant support which is why we moved away from it.
