I find the steps to make a minimal change is cumbersome. I also find it's difficult to manage as an admin, meaning there are multiple setup steps and if you don't perform those steps very often it is a challenge to quickly recall the proper process.

When you clone a project, you need to reset all the statuses on the tasks - it should do it automatically. Some functions do not carryover to Salesforce.

Forewarning: this was implemented ~10 years ago. The interface is lacking, takes you back to 90's IT era. The Skills section is a bit nasty to maneuver through, with a classic tree view.
