The limited feature of the automation, I would die for some sort of workflow feature. :) A shared email inbox would be good, but we used Hiver for this at the moment.

I was hoping to get read receipts of emails i send out, this does not do that at all. It is a little disconcerting leaving important deadlines to an app that could mess up or go down
