The best part about GoodDay is that it just makes sense. It's also organized well, with lots of options, and it's intuitive. You definitely don't need training to use it, and its simple dashboard has never felt overwhelming.

Some time need at begging to set up a project. Still learning how to do certain things. Difficult when changing the dates on a project - Goodday goes off the original date and then sad faces and red marks begin to appear which give me a bit of anxiety.

The support model is just terrible. Email support ONLY where as a paying customer youre lucky if you get a response once every 10 days. Syncing with Exchange 2010 doesnt work properly Reporting is hideous and amateurish and there are no custom reports...
