Out site gets 2-3 million visitors a month, so we were getting data based off of only a small percentage of traffic. This caused challenges both in terms of accurate reporting and troubleshooting issues.

UI is not user friendly. Onboarding process took over 6 months due to a very complex business model. Customer support is average at best.

The new portal is still very very slow and a bit buggy. Some key features are missing (Monitor, admin, benchmark..) and unique visitor metrics still not available across functions. Form tag disappeared, what a bummer!!
