They ruined my order, which messed up an entire marketing initiative, and getting help from customer service is impossible.

The UI is not intuitive. The customer support mid and post campaign was non-existent. At the very least, you'd think they would check in to see how your campaign went and if you'd like to run another. They must not enjoy making more money?
