G2 Crowd User in Fund-Raising
At first, Groove seemed like a "cheap" product compared to other CRM's. It has quite a few interesting API integrations but not something over the top. Realy bad reporting but hopefully this will be improved once the new version comes out.
While I love the Whatfix team we work with, wish there was a team within the US so working hours are mutual. That being said, Whatfix bends over backwards to adopt our hours and we still get what we need to done (just with a few very early mornings).
