I like it because is open source and free, but what i like the most is the huge number of plugins available to install in a easy way. This allows me to have my CI server integrated with a lot tools and run several processes in a automated manner

Don't have all that much to complain about. I configured various jobs and it worked well. The company I am now working for uses the forked Jenkins tool.

Markup. All the configuration is stored in XML, which imho is overkill for what Jenkins does. It also makes version control awkward. I really wish I could use git to keep track of versions of jobs and also as deployment method. Linux sys admins tend to live...
