While the natural language search is great, my favorite thing about Inbenta is all the metrics I can get, particularly around contact deflection. It was also very easy to implement in my knowledge base.

I dislike the fact that some of our commonly used words are difficult to configure in the Inbenta linguistic database.

Slightly more developer involvement than I anticipated, but I think that's how every service is once you start diving into smaller details you are trying to refine.

The initial orientation could have been a little bit more smooth, but, eventually it was easy to understand once we received the orientation. Also, the online help function was a little difficult to follow for a non-developer.
