Note: Applies to Heartbeat ONLY It's fairly limited from an analytics standpoint. Not able to customize charts or really play around with the data within the tool. Also, navigation is pretty weak.

The NetBase interface isn't very user friendly - it's cluttered and has minor annoyances like the date range defaults to weird dates. Also, I had a hard time trusting the sentiment scores because only really obvious words like "love" and "hate" are coded.
