The UI is not intuitive. The customer support mid and post campaign was non-existent. At the very least, you'd think they would check in to see how your campaign went and if you'd like to run another. They must not enjoy making more money?

The cost is high, and you don't get much customization when you choose pre-created design templates that they offer. It beats paying a designer though, if you're not already graphically inclined.
