It is buggy and difficult to use at times. It does not lend its self to ease of use.

MS Project Server has room to grow in the risk management/decision tools area. The present libraries are enhanced SharePoint lists and not integrated in the schedule and decision/driver libraries. Overall I would give this service a B.
