I love that I can toggle between chatting & troubleshooting and working in other platforms when I need assistance with a record in PlanSource. I also enjoy not being tied to problem solving over the phone when trying to be discreet regarding an issue.

I dislike the payroll deduction file, only because we are so unique and had to come up with a custom file that we still have trouble with.
Vendor feeds are not as easy to set-up as you think and can take a very long time. The HSA set-up for employees and employers is also not user friendly to adjust maximum contribution limits due to a life event during the year.
