I love the ease of use and ability to have multiple groups. Secondly, I like the fact that you do not have to re-enter info to add the same contact to multiple groups. Lastly, it is great that clients can either sign up themselves or you can add their info.
The ability to easily reach out to my website audience feels great. Good for the user too since they can subscribe easily without sharing their personal details like name, phone number or email. Just a click on Allow - that's it!

I dislike that you can only do communication through the app. Newer apps like Bloomz and Seesaw allow you to incorporate scheduling and assignment sharing components with more advanced technology.
Should expand to cover more engagement means than just notifications. The web audience deserves more ways of engagement on user's journey. Notifications have been known to be notorious and that's why they have high opt out rates as well. Other means could...
