Better than charlie app, or similar apps, does a good job on find emails for me.

The fact that the CEO at Hunter occasionally mans their Live Chat for some front-line troubleshooting duties. Hunter's interface is incredibly intuitive, idiot proof and subtly rich with useful detail. I've yet to find an alternative that ticks so many boxes.
