How do I access support if I have a question?
When you first come onboard you are assigned a dedicated Customer Satisfaction Engineer who will work with you for the entirety of your partnership with ExpenseWatch. Whenever anyone in your organization, including administrators and all end-users, has a question you can contact your Customer Satisfaction Engineer directly for help.
ExpenseWatch also offers answers to frequently asked questions in our Help & Support Portal which can be accessed directly through the web application. Through this portal, you can also submit a support request to our CS team who will reach out to you.
