How OnOp Target works
> An operator accepts a client into the chat, they can chat and send files.
> If desired, the operator can invite the client into the virtual room via hypertext link sent in the chat. Video Call offers audio-visual communication (video is enabled on the operator’s side) and possibility of documents and desktop sharing.
> If client prefers a telephone call, he or she leaves the telephone number on the web and connects into the operator’s virtual room by clicking on a link in the chat. Operator and client communicate on the phone, but client sees the operator and operator can share (show) products or documents. This mode of entrance is called Instant Call Back.
> Both modes of entrance enable the client to browse an eshop or web and choose products or service with an assistance of the operator since the operator can see, which page the client is browsing.
