Just one screen on CRM

    I have yet to see a solution that presents important information to sales reps in just one screens that prevents them from having to navigate through the site. What I mean is, imagine a rep that's visiting a customer and realizes he doesn't remember the details of the business opportunity that brought him there in the first place. He accesses his company's CRM through his smartphone to try and get the information and there you go...it takes him at least a few minutes to get to the proper record.

    Wouldn't it be better if i.e.: he could pull out all that info from his contact list? If there was a way to tie one's contact list to one's CRM? Or it you could just browse for the information through your email client?
