We work with a large variety of retailers of various sizes. Industries with product offerings with higher purchase frequencies (apparel, cosmetics, equipment, etc.) tend to be most successful with an app as consumers prefer a simpler, more streamlined experience to purchase the items they love and need most on their mobile device. However, we’ve seen growing interest from B2B clients, as well as clients with more high-end, acquisition-focused products. Since apps provide the best experience for mobile and remove a layer of competition by placing your brand right on the consumer homescreen, they tend to produce a higher level of customer loyalty. So overtime, CAC goes down as your CLV goes up!
