If a franchisee location is trying to find a payment history, will our back office be able to assist?
Yes. All fields submitted with a payment are searchable. The franchisee can search within their activity or the back office can drill down on the location to assist. Typical searches include invoice number, customer name, cardholder name, date, or the last 4 digits of the card number. EPX provides 10 user data fields that can be customized to store the information that is important to your business. These custom fields enable you to create meaningful tags to associate with a transaction to facilitate later searches or the creation of custom reports through the EPX webSuite Reporting Tool.
