What does DocuWare do?
DocuWare is digital document management and workflow automation software. This is sometimes categorized as enterprise content management (ECM), enterprise information management (EIM), or content services – depending on whom you ask. At the most basic level, DocuWare captures documents and information from a variety of inputs, applies intelligent indexing so the content can be used, sends it through digital workflows, and then makes all of it available from within browsers, mobile devices, web portals, ERP and CRM applications, and more. Any (or all) of these steps can be automated.
