Yes, the budget information can be adjusted on a plan by plan bases. The adjustment of financial multipliers will cause the payout amounts to recalculate. This can be done while planning is live if you wish for your managers to adjust their recommendations according to the shift in funds. OR if managers have already submitted their recommendations when the final numbers are known, you can leverage the built in True-up process. In this case the recommendations are adjusted by the same proportions as the budget is impacted. It preserves the manager’s original award while providing a final adjusted award payout in line with the budget shifts.
