IBM's CPQ solution is loosely coupled to CRM solutions (with SSO). All capabilities can be leveraged through the CRM platform or the out-of-the-box user interface packaged with the solution (bypassing the CRM UI). The data synchronization processes will ensure the two applications are always updated both directions.
