Smart Property Systems offers two types of support. Live Chat, Help Desk e-mail and phone support are available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM MST to 5 PM MST. Sometimes our "more workaholic" staff will take help desk e-mails during off hours. You can always leave a message after hours and we will get back to you the following business day. This type of customer service for questions about how to use the software is included in your subscription fee.

SPS also has virtual assistants who are available to work for you in your account if needed. Virtual assistants will help you with variable payment entries, creating leases and lease documents, tracking payments, and updating your property information. Their work is billed in 15 minute segments. (see pricing schedule) You will be able to fill out a work order and attach details to that work order. When the work is completed the assistant will notify you and you will review and approve the work.
