You have a Member Web portal designed with your theme and branding, for your customers to access their account 24/7 as well as our mobile loyalty app, for iOS and Android. Your customers can view information about their program participation, including their point balance, recent transaction history and eligible offers and rewards. If using our rewards fulfillment service, your customers can even go shopping, online right from their web portal.

Preferred Patron™ supports optional receipt printers too. With this option, the system will generate sales receipts for every transaction showing important information, such as how many points were just redeemed and/or earned, upcoming rewards and other special incentive offers that have been awarded to the customer. If you don't choose this option, worry not. Customer's with e-mail addresses on file can receive this same information via e-mail, after each sale and redemption.

And, of course, you have periodical rewards statements which can be scheduled monthly or quarterly, to keep your customer base engaged and informed!
