How do I add an agent?

1. Login to your SuperReceptionist panel.

2. Go to ‘Settings’.

3. Select ‘Call Flow’.

4. Click on the ‘edit’ button against the rule in which you want to add the agent.

5. In the pop-up that appears under ‘Action Setting’, select the agent you wish to add from the drop down list.

6. Note that the agent should already be added in the panel under 'setting>agents'.
