I own numbers with my current provider but would like to move them to Telnyx. How can I do this? I do not want to disrupt service with my customers.
Send an executed LOA to email@example.com- if you need an LOA, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you ours!
Note: Providing an invoice from your current carrier can help expedite the process
4. Telnyx Customer Success Team will reach out with FOC date confirmation or request more information from you if necessary
5. Telnyx Customer Success team will notify you when the numbers are on your portal, so you can assign them to the proper connection to avoid downtime when FOC occurs
