What does AnswerDash integrate with out-of-the-box?
Ticketing tools: AnswerDash directly integrates with Zendesk and Desk. You can easily map our "Ask a new question" feature to generate tickets directly into Salesforce as well. We have many customers using all three solutions.
Live chat solutions: AnswerDash directly integrates with Olark, LiveChat, SnapEngage, BoldChat, and Zopim. Why is this useful? When majority of your customers find answers through the AnswerDash tab, they won't need to resort to asking a live chat agent. However, when they have a more complex issue, AnswerDash makes it easy to elevate to a support agent! Your users will simply click the live chat button on the AnswerDash tab. As they type a question to live chat, our contextual support pulls up possible Q&A to answer your question. If they still don't see your Q&A, they'll just press "start live chat" and voila!
