There seems to be a bias in your "market presence" definitions. The only element where HP is "more present" than ServiceNow is with regard to the overall company size. Looking at actual investment in product, development capacity, product management, sales, after-sales, and in-market capabilities (partners, independents, etc.) ServiceNow outperforms HP.
Maybe a more detailed clarification on how you actually assess Market Presence would be good. As it stands, it looks like you are deliberately downplaying ServiceNow's position in favor of HP.
