With our 12/12 license, you purchase a course, and you have have 12 months to first launch it and then 12 months to complete the course from the initial launch date. Whether you're purchasing courses for yourself or your employees to use via our CourseCloud feature or your LMS, you don't have to worry about wasting courses. The 12/12 license allows you to only purchase the number of seats you know you need!
For more information, see our 12/12 license blog post.
With our Pay-Per-Use membership program, it doesn’t matter if you want to use 10 courses or hundreds—you can add them all to your curriculum in CourseCloud or your LMS, and we’ll only bill you for the courses your employees actually use.
You’ll get billed monthly for only the courses your employees take. During set-up, you’ll either put down a deposit or add a credit card number to your account. At the end of every month, you’ll receive an invoice detailing how much you’ve been charged (or how much is left on your deposit). For example, if you have 4 employees begin taking Ethics and Business Conduct for Managers in a given month, you’ll see a charge of $79.96 on your invoice.
The only requirement is a monthly membership fee of $500. The fee is applied to the first $500 of courses you use each month. Additionally, you will receive a 2.5% discount on courses purchased beyond your initial $500 of monthly purchases. You can opt out of the program at any point. There are no long term commitments or complicated contracts.
For more information, see our Pay-Per-Use blog post.
A site license allows unlimited use of a course for one year in the buyer’s domain. A site license lasts for one year from the date of first use of the course.
