How does the pricing structure work? How many accounts do I need to purchase if I want the ability for 20 outside sales reps to import expenses?
Expensify gives every company 2 free submitters each month. After that it is either $6 or $11 per submitter depending on what plan you need. We use activity based pricing so you are not charged for employees that didn't use it.
Month 1: 15 people submit expense reports. You are charged for 13 seats = $78.
Month 2: 10 people submit expense reports. You are charged for 8 seats = $48
There is also a prepaid option that comes with a 17% discount!
