How do you stay in touch with what clients want from your product?
We have both formal and informal methods for keeping up with client needs. Informally, our support team will document and share client ideas when they come up in conversations or emails.
Our product team manages a section of our Customer Hub dedicated to product ideas. Clients can share any thoughts, requests or concerns directly with the team.
We survey new and existing clients regularly, benchmarking value, ease of use, support, product use and general feedback.
All of this information is evaluated for our product road map and prioritized accordingly. We have 3-5 formal releases per year.
