How do refunds work? How much does this cost?
You can provide either a partial or a full refund to each of your paying customers. If a refund is made for a ticket holder, neither the organizer nor the purchaser will absorb any fees, so there are no costs to refund a ticket or order.
In order to provide a refund, follow these steps:
1. Access your event Dashboard
2. Select "Tickets" on the top menu
3. Select "Orders" on the left side menu
4. Search for the attendee name, then click on their ticket number.
5. On the top right corner, click REFUND TICKET. You will be able to pick the Refund Action and submit
