What kind of stats are tracked?
Elastic Email tracks opens, clicks, and individual links. We also track unsubscribes, complaints, and bounces. Bounces are broken down into categories and users with a private IP have access to detailed smtp errors returned by recipient servers. All of this is conveyed in an overview graph. And users have access to detailed email logs that can be exported. Using status filters, date ranges, and campaign or channel filters users can find the exact stats and email logs they are looking for.
