How much access do I have to your customer support? Is there a limit to how many times I can call them?

With Gather, you have a dedicated training manager who will setup your account and do training w/ you. This way, whenever you need additional guidance, you'll speak with that person directly rather than a general support person. You’re free to contact your training manager as much as necessary between the hours of 9:30am - 5:30pm EST.
