How is error tracking/reporting handled within Cleo Integration Cloud?
CIC provides various options for error tracking/reporting that can be customized based on a specific customer’s desire on how they’d like to consume exception notifications. Options include:
- Auditors with easy-to-find errors including pre-canned and configurable exception based filters
- Dashboard specific to exceptions, which can also generate reports ad-hoc or scheduled for delivery via e-mail or delivery to file system directories
- Translation exit points that launch business processes to allow users to react to exceptions however they choose
- E-mail alerts for exceptions
- Quarantine of files that cause exceptions
