Users get the ‘Account is disabled’ message when they try to login to the application. How can I resolve this?

Users get the ‘Account is disabled’ message when they try to login to the application. How can I resolve this?

Click on Admin--> Requesters.

Click on the particular requester that is unable to login.

Click on the "Yes" next to Remove login option.

Click Save.

You will need to once again edit the requester and then click on ‘Enable login to requester[s]’ option
