The Advanced plan is designed for agencies or lead resellers that have multiple clients and need a sub-account structure to keep reporting organized between clients. It also includes all the advanced call queue routing that a call center or reseller would need. Finally, the Salesforce and HubSpot integrations are key parts of this plan.
Our Elite plan is a customized plan designed for businesses or affiliate operating at high volume of usage each month (i.e. more than $5,000 per month). It provides customized support plans and discounts that are designed to meet the unique needs of these customers.
