Ease of navigation, the different functions that allow you to access billing inquiries, client/matter specific information, and AR history.
What do you dislike?
If you have multiple screens up, sometimes 3E times out and you have to go back to the home page to reload. At times it can be very slow (during busy times of the month when many users are accessing it).

The purpose for our law firm is that 3E facilitates a paperless workflow system. The benefits are that everything can be done electronically, and we reduce our paper usage aside from printing bills that need mailed.
