The pricing of the software was very reasonable and was implemented into the company and using it daily very quickly after that. Employees learning the software, did so also very quickly and the support was more than sufficient. It made our entire staff much more efficient and we were able to improve the overall perception for our customers.
What do you dislike?
Seemed to allow for a lot of customization, although we didn't take advantage of it as we would of liked to because it was somewhat confusing and reports were very similar issue we noticed there as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product
If your company is involved in the eye care world, I would suggest your group to at least take a look at this software. The insurance and inventory management features are excellent to go along with patient information. We, at the time, tested through several software's in search of what we liked the most regardless on price. This was the one we chose and luckily the price was very reasonable, so it all worked out for us and shortly after were using the product.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
This software was implemented into the company to assist with the management of our patients and other information. It worked incredible for scheduling and also was great for invoicing and keeping track of special notes under the users's files.
