"Very fast, friendly customer service"

What do you like best?

I hope she sees this, Katharine Biarrieta has taken us from demo to training to trouble shooting and she is FANTASTIC. We had a bad storm here which had all internet out (since the internet was out, the phones were out). She helped troubleshoot in my time of panic how to get around this -- again, fantastic woman. Very easy to switch over to this system, especially with the hands-on from Katharine. Any question we had, she would answer in a jiffy.

What do you dislike?

So far, nothing comes to mind. This switch has been beneficial to all team members and we are very happy!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our old phone system went down EVERY SINGLE DAY. Coming into the present day and moving to VOIP, we have not had problems.

"Just fine, will get job done, service could improve"

What do you like best?

I like that it has the ability to integrate with CRM systems like zendesk.

What do you dislike?

I do not like the fact that there is no physical phone for me to use. It makes my desk seem just like a table.

We have a lot of people that we work with that are always traveling or work remotely from our office. It allows them to stay connected and up to date in real time.
