Mexican law protects the employees almost all the time. It's almost imposible to fire an incompetent or abusive employee without having to compensate him for "wrongful termination". If you are a Mexican entrepreneur you know what I mean.
I had an employee which was clearly abusing his position, other employees had reported that he did work "for hire" on his working hours using the computer, software and tools I provided him to do his work for me. They even told me that hi did work for rival companies in my time and with my tools!
The word of other employees sometimes helps, but you still get sued, you still have to hire a lawyer and that lawyer has to call the other employees to testify and prove that you are not forcing them to testify on your favor. Even then, you usually end up having to pay the fired employee something... so I was trapped, didn't know what to do, didn't want to give this employee a dime, so I just waited hoping that he would get a better paid job and just leave.
Then I found ActivTrak! Easy as pie! Installed it on his computer and in 3 days I had enough evidence that he was stealing time and resources from me to fire him with the certainty that I would win if he sued me. I showed him the evidence when I fired him and he didn't even sue. And best of all, since I only needed to track this abusing worker, I did it with the free plan.
I love it. I really hope that I won't have to use it again but I sleep better knowing that if another employee tries to do the same I won't have to stand it any more.
When you top your 3 gb the only option to continue tracking is to delete all the screenshots. I would like an option to delete the screenshots you don't need and keep the ones you need. I know I could pay the upgrade and forget about deleting but right know I can't afford to do it and I don't really need more agents.
