What do you like best?
ease of use and the reporting functionality is great, especially the full audit log of what has been happening on a computer. it even catches title bar data of when users are in incognito or private mode. this is extremely helpful, especially when you have setup screen grabbing and alerting when you have areas of concern that a member of staff is doing something inappropriatre.
What do you dislike?
not all websites have been classified, and some have been classified wrong... also the inability for the the product to see what is going on when the user is in firefox. we have seen that when ever a member of staff uses firefox, it cannot record the URL properly and lists it as Firefox:/// , luckily it does capture the title bar information, so we are able see what is happening. it would be good to find out why this happens and also if it is a bug, to have the active trak developers fix the issue.
Recommendations to others considering the product

Your policies need include areas that state you have the right to monitor internet & computer usage, using any product or means.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
analysing unproductive time, especially when the user is away from the desk. seeing the amount of time the computer is locked or idle... also the amount of time people are spending on social media.
