What do you like best?
Easy to understand data structure and process flows. Helpful support staff. Product teams are open to customer feedback and provide opportunities for direct input into the development of new upgrades/applications.
What do you dislike?
Deployment, upgrading, and customization of the applications built on the new framework is still far more complex than it should be. Support and professional services teams are often understaffed, especially in regards to cases involving the newer applications.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Stick to the "out of the box" versions of the software as much as possible unless you have dedicated developers that are able to maintain the customizations specific to your environment. Luckily, Aderant has become more keenly aware of this problem and addressing it via their Design Studio suite.
