AdWords has been an incredibly functional tool to reach new customers, generate leads and traffic, and drive product sales. A robust tool to find, track, and market to a whole new set of people.
What do you dislike?
Recent UI improvements have made things harder to grasp. AdWords is a tool that hasn't made a dramatic change to the design of the tool itself in years, so a change in design means that things are definitely more difficult to pick up.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We're able to reach groups of potential clients that we never thought we would, using demographic targeting tools to be able to find those clients and market to them across several channels. This has grown our sales by thousands and our brand awareness has never been better. Reaching new clients, recruiting new agents, and selling more homes has made AdWords an essential tool for us.
