AgilOne delivers insight into customer data across all channels (customer data, web activity, social behavior, in-store purchase, mobile, and more), and recommends immediate actions to increase revenue.
AgilOne is a great tool for the marketer looking to take his or her brand to the next level. This solution has been well thought out and can provide great segmentation and campaign flexibility out of the gate. The challenge is that the marketer needs to be ready to invest a lot of time into strategizing, planning and executing these new campaigns, or hiring a marketing agency to help with that.
What do you dislike?
One of the things I dislike about the current AgilOne solution is that any of the marketing execution outside of building a customer list has to come from outside sources. The current solution doesn't provide things like email templates or best practices for campaigns that can be utilized by the marketing team or data analysts.
Recommendations to others considering the product
If you are a marketer who is ready to take action on his/her data and truly create a personalized experience for your customers, AgilOne is a great tool to have on hand. If you are not ready to put time and effort into what you do, then don't waste your time. AgilOne gives the marketer what he or she needs to make a great program, but AgilOne is just the tool - the strategy and planning from the marketer are what takes this tool (data) to the next level.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
AgilOne has empowered us to personalize our marketing campaigns to a near one-to-one level. Doing so has improved our customers engagement with our marketing programs and has also allowed us to win-back a significant portion of our lapsed or lost customers. We have also been able to gain insights into our customer base and product offering that would have taken loads of hours and hardware without the help of AgilOne.
